Buttercup Yellow Daffodil

The daffodil is the flower that arrives in late winter with the specific energy of someone who has heard that things have been difficult and has decided, unilaterally, to do something about it. The Buttercup Yellow version is so sincerely, structurally yellow — trumpet and all — that looking at it for too long feels like a form of therapy that actually works, which is not something we say lightly. We made it ceramic. The decision is in place permanently. Winter is always almost over.
