Chartreuse Tiger Lily

The Tiger Lily in its natural state is already operating at a level of visual drama that most flowers aspire to and few achieve, with its swept-back petals and spots and general air of having just arrived from somewhere considerably more exciting than your garden. The Chartreuse version has taken all of this existing theatricality and made it the color of electricity given botanical form, which is either too much or exactly enough, and we have decided it is exactly enough. We made it ceramic. The decision is final.
