Flower Blue 6

The Flower Blue 6 is a Classic Collection ceramic wall flower — blue, handmade, permanent, and requiring no water, no soil, and no follow-up. Blue number six is a food dye that has been in your Big Gulp since approximately 1987 and you have never once thought about it. Our Blue 6 is a glaze, not a preservative, and it is on a ceramic flower rather than a thirty-two-ounce beverage, but the naming logic was not entirely different. The flower turned out better than the name, which is the story of at least half the things in this collection. The Classic Collection is the original Chive line, built from onward, and the Flower Blue 6 has been in it long enough that it no longer needs to explain itself to anyone.
